 You have the right to view the order before paying upon delivery

 Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

 Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse cannot be returned.

 Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is defective.

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on
